I should add, though, that it wasn't 110 degrees out today, and Trevor was at Grammy and Grampy's, so it was just me relaxing in my chair in the warm sunshine, drinking my coffee, chatting with the moms, and cheering on my little defender. Ask me again how I feel about soccer when I'm attacking everyone with sunscreen and huddling under an umbrella in the dog days of August. :)

Lardville
The first soccer tourney of the year was held today, in the unfortunately-named city of Manteca. I never tire of watching this girl charge around the field with such confidence, and I hope she loves soccer forever.
